Either party may terminate consulting services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered through the termination date.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
